Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MithraTiny AI Labs (“we”) collects when you use MithraTiny AI Engineer and the website at https://localhost, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail, company, and the sign-in method (password, Google, Microsoft).
- Content you create: requirements, BOM files, board descriptions and documents you upload, and the results generated from them.
- LLM settings: your choice in Settings on your account: the provider, model and API key (or server address) of your own LLM, or demo mode. An API key is stored encrypted and is passed to the apps only while a run needs it.
- Billing data: your pass purchases, Razorpay payment IDs, amounts, currency and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Security and usage data: sign-in times, IP address, browser, and counts of runs, used for security, trial limits and analytics.
How we use it
To provide the service, enforce trial limits, secure accounts, process payments, answer support requests and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train models.
Language models
With your own LLM, your prompts and relevant document excerpts are sent to the provider or server you entered (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Azure or a server you run) under its terms. The MithraTiny LLM, our own model, is in future development; once it is available, what is sent to it stays on the server we operate for it. In demo mode nothing is sent to any model. The choice is yours, in Settings, and applies to all three apps.
Retention and deletion
You can delete projects, analyses and files at any time. Contact us to delete your account; we remove personal data except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security (session and CSRF protection). If analytics is enabled we use Microsoft Clarity and/or Google Analytics to understand site usage.
